VOICE & PIANO LESSONS

The FCCPS Choral Boosters is offering a private lessons program for voice and piano for students who are interested. Click Here to see our Virtual Voice Lessons Video. You must be a member of the Choral Boosters to participate. There is a one- time $10 family registration fee per year. We are in the process of adding a PayPal option to pay online. Until then, please fill out the form below and use the email fccbexec@gmail.com to pay with PayPal or Venmo. If you prefer, you can print the Voice & Piano Lessons Form and mail it along with a check made payable to FCCPS Choral Boosters to Becca Tice, President, 804 Hillwood, Falls Church, VA 22042.

Following registration, you will receive an email confirmation of enrollment in the lessons program. Payments covering one month of lessons will be made directly to the voice and/or piano teachers at the first lesson of each month. The instructor will contact you directly about coordinating a day and time for the lessons. The lessons will be conducted VIRTUALLY until our schools reopen. The lesson fees are $30 per 30-minute session.

Student Lesson Agreement

  • Lesson fees are $30 per 30-minute lesson. A $10 per family registration fee is required initially for enrollment.
  • Full monthly payment is due at the first lesson of each month payable directly to the lesson instructor.
  • Students/parents are required to email or call the instructor at least 24-hours in advance of cancellation of a scheduled lesson. Payments for unexcused absences will be due in full. Lessons missed due to snow days, school closures, illness or legitimate emergencies may be made up at the discretion of the instructor.
  • A two-week written (emailed) prior notice to the instructor is required to suspend or stop lessons.
  • Because of subsequent lessons, sessions beginning late cannot extend past the time set. Scheduling is the responsibility of the instructor in coordination with the student and parent/guardian.
  • When in-person lessons resume, parents/designated individuals must accompany elementary students to and from lessons. School Use policies require on-site parental supervision of the lessons for younger children. No one may wander the hallways or classrooms. Students will conduct themselves in the same manner expected during school hours and respect school property.
  • Students are expected to follow the instructor’s recommended practice schedule.
  • Students and parents agree not to hold the District or any Falls Church City Public School liable for anything that is not expressly stated in this agreement.
  • Lesson instructors receive school district background checks and are held to the highest level of professional behavior.
